Tom Castellano, M.D.

Dr. Castellano was born in 1961 and raised in Denver, Colorado. His father was an Obstetrician/Gynecologist and his mother was a nurse, nurturing six children with a strong sense of family. Dr. Tom graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver and went to Stanford University, obtaining Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biology.

Before obtaining his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin, he did research in learning and memory, cardiac disease, magnetic resonance imaging, and Family Practice epidemiology.

Dr. Castellano completed his residency, also from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and was a Flight-For-Life physician. During his last year, he was voted Teacher of the Year. As a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, he practices in the private community hospital, as well as in the University as a Clinical Instructor. Tom is also a graduate of the Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver and teaches Botox and laser technology to the college's attendees. He has worked with Lorenzo Kunze, ME on may projects in the past and is utilized as the college's medical director with Dennis Kotelko, MD.

As a full time job, he enjoys being a loving and supportive husband and the consummate father to two, beautiful children. His hobbies include being an Emergency Medicine physician, an acupuncturist, and an expert in aesthetic LASERs and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Castellano has studied with the experts in the field of cosmetic BOTOX® (using the Carruthers’ techniques) and trains other practitioners in the safe administration of BOTOX® and collagen. He owns and operates his own aesthetic practice with an attitude of safety, honesty, and integrity.
