Polices and Procedures:

Notice: Some states necessitate certain boards such as the Board Of Medicine, Radiation Board, Cosmetology and/or Electrology Boards for recommendations or requirements to operate a Laser's / IPL's.

Inquire what your state, local and medical requirements are before submitting your application for training.

In the state of COLORADO the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners requires a laser operator to be under the personal and responsible supervision of a Colorado licensed physician (MD). The physician is not required to be on-site, however there are regulations in place that outline the physician and the physician's delegate (non-medical professional) responsibilities in regard to Medical/Aesthetic Services.
